These terms are between you and Road to J, a web app that helps job seekers find, research and email the right people about jobs. By creating an account you agree to them and to our privacy policy.
Using Road to J
- You’re responsible for the messages sent from your account. We draft; you approve (or turn on autopilot for first emails within the limits we set). Replies to people who responded, thank-you notes and intro requests are never sent without your click.
- Only contact people about genuine professional opportunities. No spam, no harassment, no misleading claims. Honour every opt-out.
- Only import contacts you’re allowed to use. Don’t use Road to J to scrape LinkedIn or automate LinkedIn actions.
- We limit sending (new accounts start at 5 emails a day) and pause accounts with high bounce or complaint rates. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Plans and billing
- The free trial needs no card and doesn’t renew into a paid plan.
- Paid plans renew monthly. We remind you a week before each renewal. Cancel anytime in one click from Settings; you keep access until the end of the paid period and aren’t charged again.
- Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies.
- Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which also handles tax and invoices. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Your content
You own your profile, CV and messages. You give us permission to process them to run the service. AI drafts can be wrong — review before sending.
Liability
We provide Road to J “as is” during the beta. We don’t guarantee replies, interviews or offers. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Ending
You can delete your account anytime. We’ll give notice before changing these terms in a way that matters.
Your Google account
Connecting Google is optional and lets Road to J send the emails you approve from your Gmail, see replies to them, find warm introductions in your contacts and book meetings in your calendar. You can disconnect it anytime. Our privacy policy explains exactly what we access and how we protect it.
