We want you to be happy with Road to J. If a paid plan isn’t right for you, you can get your money back within 14 days. This policy is part of our terms of service.
Who processes your payment
Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so your receipt and any refund come from Paddle.
14-day money-back guarantee
- You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment for a paid plan (Driver or Express), monthly or yearly, including renewals.
- We don’t ask why, and there’s no form to fill in.
- When we refund a payment, the plan it paid for ends and your account moves to the free Learner plan. Your data and history stay.
After 14 days
- Cancel anytime in one click from Settings. You won’t be charged again and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- We don’t give partial refunds for unused time after the 14-day window.
- If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, we refund the error in full whenever you tell us.
Free plan
The Learner plan is free, needs no card and never turns into a paid plan, so there’s nothing to refund.
How to ask for a refund
- Email privacy@roadtoj.com from your account email, or reply to your Paddle receipt. You can also contact Paddle directly at paddle.net.
- We reply within 2 business days.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.
