Reach the people who hire, not the applicant pile.
Road to J is a job-search assistant. Tell it the roles you’re applying for, and it helps you work out who’s hiring for them, research their work and write one personal note backed by facts. You approve each one, and it goes from your own Gmail.

Today’s best moves
Ranked by chance of an offerApplying online is a lottery.
A good role can draw hundreds of applications in a few days. Software filters most of them before a person reads a word. Most of the rest never hear back.
It isn’t a verdict on you. It’s what happens when everyone queues at the same door.
Most hires still start with a conversation.
Someone on the team reads a short note, sees a reason to reply, and passes your name along. Road to J helps you start that conversation with the right person.
Six ways in. Road to J picks the best one for each person.
Every person gets the route most likely to lead to a real conversation. Hover or tap a route to see what it is and when Road to J picks it.

I did something similar for a fleet map that now draws 4,000 live vehicles without dropping frames. I saw Harbourline is hiring a senior frontend engineer (source: S2). Would a 15-minute chat next week work?

Built to protect your name.
Nothing sends without you
You approve every email. Autopilot is off until you turn it on, and it only covers first emails within the limits you set.
Every claim has a source
Each specific fact in a draft is checked against where it came from. If it can’t be backed up, it doesn’t go out.
Your Gmail, no tracking pixels
Emails leave from your own address and replies come back to you. We never track opens.
Built to protect your name
New accounts start at 5 emails a day. Bounces are caught, and sending pauses before your reputation takes a hit.
Opt-outs always honoured
Every email has an opt-out line. A do-not-contact list is checked before anything is sent.
Your data stays yours
Export everything or delete your account from Settings. We never sell your data, sell contact lists or use anything for ads.
Why I built Road to J
I started building Road to J for my own move to Australia. I was applying for roles from overseas, and most of my applications went into silence. No reply, no rejection. Nothing.
The conversations I did get started differently. A short note to a real person on the team, with a reason for them to reply. That worked. It was also slow: finding the right person, checking they still worked there, reading what they had written, and saying something true about it.
Road to J does that slow part with you. I want it to be honest about your chances, careful with your name, and never send anything you haven’t read.
